i'm leaving!!

Hello~

ahhh I'm leaving to visit my friends in a couple of hours!! I should probably go to sleep, but I'm too excited/nervous. I can't sleep because:

1. I haven't seen my friends for three years/ missed them and the city that I lived in for most of my childhood
2. I haven't rode on a plane for three years. I actually like plane rides.. even those 18 hour long ones..
3. I'm really nervous because I've changed so much and my friends have probably changed just as much! Besides personality, I've gained my freshman 15 a year earlier, so I'm currently very chubby and slow. u_u
4. I'll be staying at my friend's house, so we'll see how that goes.. >< My stomach makes lots of inappropriate sounds..
5. I'm afraid time will go by too fast and before I know it I'll be back at home, in front of my computer, rotting away... T_T

Anyways, I'll try to take lots of pictures! Now I gotta get a few hours of sleep before I leave!

Oh, btw, do you guys think Baekhyun and Taeyeon are for reals?! I felt really happy when I read the rumors for some reason.. I think they are really cute together. ^o^ but we'll see what SM has to say about this.. just watch them be like "kkaepsongggg"

Update + Prom Nails

Hi Guys!

Its been quite a while. School has been pretty hectic lately. Studying for exams have taken up all my time. I just took my last exam today and that leaves me with lots more free time to blog.. and watch EXO videos.. hehe.

I have a few posts coming up that I've saved over the past few months and I can't wait to show you guys. 

So I guess we should start off with my prom nails.. or what I would have worn to prom. I didn't have enough time to paint my nails, but this is what I would have worn. Nothing fancy, just plain and simple. 

I didn't want anything too sparkly, my dress and shoes took care of that. So naturally, I went with the only polish I had that was a light pink and sheer. That polish just happened to be OPI Mimosas For Mr. & Mrs.

Sorry it's so dark (above). I didn't realize that the lighting was off...

I used 3 coats above. 3 coats is perfect, slightly sheer and slightly opaque. If I were to add anything, I would probably put some gold rhinestones on my ring finger as an accent nail..

2048: EXO derpy edition

So this is how I spent my break so far...

Woohoo!! A derpy EXO version of 2048 

I finally won!! You can see Chen in the corner with a very uncomfortable face but yup he's supposed to be the "2048" tile in this version. 

I recommend that you guys play this here! Their faces make it worthwhile. :P You won't regret it haha...

Ohoh I have a DMV story.. So last Saturday I went to the DMV to do a walk-in road test to get my license. I got there at 6am, and it opens at 7:30am, so when I arrived there, there were a couple of cars but nobody was outside the building. I decided to walk outside and wait in front of the door before other people started coming, but the second I arrived at the front, EVERYBODY came out of their cars and walked up to wait as well. We waited for a long time, and it was a bit chilly, but I had my iPod so I wasn't THAT bored, but something funny happened. The four people behind us pretty much plotted against us, saying out loud that I wasn't technically first because I arrived there later than them. It was pretty annoying but I just brushed it off. Finally we went in at 7:30 am, and they only took the first 5 walk-ins. Luckily I was first in line so I got in, but for some reason I was third on the walk-in list, so I was like meh.

We waited for 6 hours, until around 11:30pm, and they announced that they couldn't take any walk-ins. The five of us were devastated. I mean, I guess we knew that it wasn't guaranteed, but waiting for 6 hours was tiring and mentally exhausting. I played through almost all the songs in my iPod, and played 2048 and flappy bird. I ate like a million granola bars and Twix mini candy bars as well. Pshh what diet? T_T

I was super sad and felt very unproductive after coming back home. I had just wasted 6 hours hoping that I could finally get my license..... I ended up going home and working on my calc project for a couple of hours to make myself feel better, and then I ate dinner and slept early because I only got 4 hours of sleep the day before.

Well, that's my DMV story. I wish somebody had told me this earlier, but walk-in road tests are nearly impossible on Saturdays and Tuesdays. :P Arghh!! haha T-T I wish I had been smart and had reserved a road test a couple of months ago, because when I called them a few weeks ago, the earlier reservation was late May, which is after our graduation, so I was hoping to get it done earlier... I'll try again sometime though!! This time I'm coming prepared! I'm bringing a lot more food, blankets, games, and a campsite.

It would be really sad if I actually was able to do the road test but didn't pass..... T_T Wish me luck guys!!

Kpop Nails: EXO Inspired Valentine's Day Nail Art

Hello~

Happy Valentine's Day! I spent the day eating a lot, then exercising, and now I feel extremely tired because of it. I'm snacking on some choco chips now.. I hope you guys had a great day! Teehee can't wait til I actually "celebrate" Valentine's Day.. One day.. Stay hopeful! >_<;;

Today I have another kpop inspired nail art design.
It's EXO! :D

Most of the nail art was inspired by their album covers.. I mean, hearts and stuff sort of relate to Valentine's day, right?

XOXO is actually a song in their album too.. hehe

I really gotta practice more with nail art.. My hands are so wobbly!

I like my pointer finger or my pinky.. I'll keep on practicing on getting straighter lines guys.. oh and polka dots as well..

I also used a dotting tool for the polka dots, and some brushes for the nail art.

I need to find a better way to clean my nail art brushes.. It's easy to clean the paint but not the nail polish..

They are so adorable! I try to find a bias, but all of them are bias wreckers.. ._.

I know kpop isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it is mine. lol.. I've been trying to bargain with myself, saying things like "If I don't eat that cookie, I get to watch one more music video!" I end up eating the cookie while watching the music video.. derp!

Last night, while I was super hungry at 2am, I asked myself, do I want food or do I want love? Yeah I ask myself crazy questions when I hungry. I was really craving Korean fried chicken.. T_T
